of course, written days after the 2 week mark cause, really? when do i have time??? as it is i am typing one hand while colin sleeps in the other….
so, here it is…. the two week review of what mom and dad learned about taking care of twin newborn preemie boys…..
*they say every pregnancy is different…. at this point i am questioning if i actually had human babies, cause there isnt a single thing in this pregnancy that is even similar to my first with lil K.
*omg… the number of diapers we have used!
*desitin must be used in very small quanities…..do not dirty cake frosting the poor baby’s bottom!!!
*alex can pee 3 feet across the bed….hitting the cat!
*colin can shoot poo over 12 inches
*mama’s milk production facilities are on strike and working at half performance… causing the 7yo to dub the working facility as the “super-boobie”! Where is my cape? oh, that is right…. NO CAPES!!! (bonus points if you know which Disney movie that comes from)
*When in doubt, laughter is the only option! esp important when sleep deprived!
I know there are more, but again…. sleep deprivation and memory do not work well together! lol!
